6 months ago I was totally unfit and didn’t exercise, I was overweight, I also had a quite low self esteem; then I started Boot Camp.
If someone had told me then what I’ve achieved I wouldn’t have believed them. The classes are very friendly, a perfect environment, you get a personalised diet plan and nutritional advice from a professional trainer!!
I feel pushed to the very limits of both physical and mental capacity but in a fun and enjoyable way! The group all work together great and we all encourage each other. It’s a great way to lose weight. I would definitely recommend BootCamp to everyone! In 14 weeks I lost 7.5 Kg.

After several years of putting on weight I decided to take action and on the 4th of January 2010 I joined Sheffield BootCamps.
My weight on the day I joined was 105.9kg. After 5 months of exercise and modification to my diet to follow Sheffield BootCamps nutritional advice I now weigh 90kgs (198.4 pounds).
What I now weigh is a dream come true, it has been amazing to lose 2.5 stone in 5 months, and as such I am continuing with BootCamp to try to lose some more.
