My name is Mark Thomas from Discover Wellbeing. I am a qualified therapist who specialises in Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) which is a form of Bowen therapy. My treatment also comprises Craniosacral Therapy.
The treatments I offer are used to help treat a wide range of ailments including:
And many more!
Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) is a remarkably effective professional bodywork technique, that when applied, initiates a process of natural auto-regulation to occur in the spinal column and consequently throughout the whole body.
The series of gentle moves used by the practitioner are said to balance and stimulate energy flows in the body. Once a deep sense of overall relaxation has been achieved, the body is able to begin its own restorative process.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a form of healing which, through light touch, facilitates the body’s natural powers of self-healing. At the core of the craniosacral system are the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spine.
It feels different for everyone – you may feel heat or cold, tingling sensations, gentle pulsing or sense of deep relaxation. Sometimes people have a clear sense of significant physical or psychological reorganisation.
